EMC Laboratory was founded in 1970s, and was accredited by Lloyd’s Register of UK in 1987, by FCC of US in 1999, by A2LA in 2012, by ARES of US in 2012, and designated as CCC testing laboratory by CNCA in 2002, while the laboratory property was confirmed as information technology equipment in 2015.
The introduction to EMC Laboratory EMC Laboratory was founded in 1970s, and was accredited by Lloyd’s Register of UK in 1987, by FCC of US in 1999, by A2LA in 2012, by ARES of US in 2012, and designated as CCC testing laboratory by CNCA in 2002, while the laboratory property was confirmed as information technology equipment in 2015. The Laboratory has one 10m semi anechoic chamber, one 3m semi anechoic chamber and 8 shielded rooms. It is now equipped with advanced automatic electromagnetic interference measuring system, automatic electromagnetic susceptibility testing system, modified semi-anechoic chamber that lined with absorbing ferrite, and shielded enclosures used for performing tests of electrostatic discharge, pulses, surge, magnetic field, harmonic, conducted emission tests. It is an advanced laboratory of world standard that can performing tests in accordance with update international and national standards (such as IEC, CISPR, EN, FCC, ANSI, ETSI, VCCI, GB standards). Based on the hardware conditions and qualifications above, we have established a good relationship of cooperation with the world-renowned certification companies SGS, TUV Rheinland, TUV SUD, BV, ITS, etc.
Main business 1) The department provides one-stop services in EMC of various types of products, including laboratory testing, evidence collection, on-site testing, etc. Testing in this laboratory: according to the needs of customers, the third-party testing report can be issued (IEC testing report has been issued for a number of large international and domestic enterprises). 2) If certificates on CE, E-MARK (electric vehicle) or wireless equipment certificates are needed, customers can obtain certificates by completing one-stop EMC testing and cooperating with certification companies. 3) If there are large equipment which cannot be tested in the laboratory or is difficult to transport, we can provide a complete set of EMC field test, which has been provided for many well-known medical device enterprises and industrial enterprises at home and abroad.
