 Climate Environment Laboratory The laboratory was founded in early 1980s. After decades of struggle and efforts, we have carried out extensive cooperation with various countries in the world, including Lloyd’s Register of Shipping from England, A2LA from America, ABS from America, DNV from Norway, GL from German, BV from France, NK from Japan, KR from Korea, etc. 1、The introduction to the Reliability and Climatic & Mechanical Environment Laboratory The laboratory was founded in early 1980s. After decades of struggle and efforts, we have carried out extensive cooperation with various countries in the world, including Lloyd's Register of Shipping from England, A2LA from America, ABS from America, DNV from Norway, GL from German, BV from France, NK from Japan, KR from Korea, etc. At present, there are nearly 30 sets of test equipment in the laboratory, which can meet the requirements of various climate environmental tests such as high temperature, low temperature, damp heat, temperature change, temperature shock, thermal oxygen aging, salt fog, shell protection (dust-proof, waterproof), mould growth, insulation resistance, insulation strength, etc. Main Business: Research and consultation on environmental adaptability technology and testing methods of instruments Identification, certification and acceptance test of the reliability of instruments Climatic & mechanical environment testing of instruments Temperature range: -80℃～ 300℃ Humidity range: 10% ～ 98% Volume of temperature chambers: 120L ～ 24m3 Thermal aging: air change rate 0-200 times per hour Thermal shock: transition time≤10s Rate of temperature change：max up to 20℃/min(average)
2、Qualification During the recent 40 years, huge amount of reliability and environment adaptability tests have been performed and so far over 40 thousand kinds of products from all over the world have been tested. Approved by Lloyd's register of shipping in 1987. Approved by China National Accreditation Council for laboratories (CNACL, the predecessor of CNAs) in 2000.
