启动中德科研合作

——⾼性能锂电池安全研究项⽬开题


中德两国合作的⾼性能电池安全研究(BaSS项⽬)开题会议在同济⼤学CDHK学院召开,德国布伦瑞克⼯业⼤学Thomas Vietor教授带领德⽅团队成员、 以及同济⼤学章桐教授、 上海仪器仪表⾃控系统检验测试所有限公司,(SITIIAS/NEPSI)国际事务经理卢巧等16名中⽅专家出席了开题会议。


会议期间,中德双⽅代表就BaSS项⽬的意义、⼯作计划做了深⼊的讨论,并确定下⼀阶段的主要⼯作⽅向、团队分⼯及信息平台建设等任务。

BaSS项⽬:

是由德国政府出资,布伦瑞克⼯业⼤学、同济⼤学、德国联邦物理研究院(PTB)、海外联合办公室

(NEPSI@PTB)、松岳能源等机构共同执⾏的课题,拟研究锂电池的安全要求,开展锂电池的安全标准化⼯作,提出全球统⼀的锂电池安全标准及检测⽅法,为在新能源电动汽⻋及通信设备上安全使⽤锂电池提供技术保障。

会前,德⽅团队成员受邀访问SITIIAS,就检测⽅法及检验能⼒做了交流。


这是海外联合办公室(NEPSI@PTB)⾸次开展中德科研合作,也标志着第⼆阶段建设

⽬标的顺利完成,继成功拓展⽓体流量计MID认证(计量器具指令)业务后,逐步推进中德在科研领域的技术合作。
